Today we finished our presentation and showed it to two Canadian students there names are Olivia and Sarah. We have been invited to a LIG meeting Olivia and Sarah said that the presentation was good

Today we had a visitor called Dave Capps who will be helping us out in our meeting. We talked about doing a presentation and the dates we might do it on is September or October we will keep you updated.

Today we talked about the crossing at park road Lisa a member of the surf group has made a patition to see if they can put a zebra crossing at park road. Today we talked about the buses as we are getting confused as they have two different logo on

yesterday we went to a meeting at the winchester district mancap to talk about a cafe in Winchester the cafe will help people with a learning disability to learn new skills the meeting went really well I will keep you up to date with the out come

Today we talked about raising money for our group so we can make leaflets so more people around winchester knows about our forum.
Next week we have Jackie Porter our local counciller. Then we had Becky Herring coming to do roll plays on job interviews.

We have changed the name of our group to surf it stands for service user reference forum. We will be doing the same thing as we were doing I am also doing some changes to our page hope you like it.

Today we had Becky Herring from alabare (Employment and we talked about what she does. We talked about doing a role play about how to get a job.

Today we talked about pcp, pcp stands for person centred planing and we are going to invite Jason Hope to talk more about pcp. We are also going to invite our local police officer and the mayor of Winchester to our meeting. We have Kerry Lemon and Becky Herring coming to our meeting this month they help people with a learning disability to get a job
