The SURF stands for Service Users Reference Forum which is based at The Grove in Winchester, the group supports adults with a learning disability who live in the Winchester area. Our aim is help people solve problems with their day to day life like Day Service, employment, social activities, transport, our community etc..

Today we talked about pcp, pcp stands for person centred planing and we are going to invite Jason Hope to talk more about pcp. We are also going to invite our local police officer and the mayor of Winchester to our meeting. We have Kerry Lemon and Becky Herring coming to our meeting this month they help people with a learning disability to get a job
Thanks for inviting me to talk to the group. I really enjoyed meeting eveyone. I hope you are all keeping on with your person centred plans.

A friend of mine is helping to send this message. I live in Slough Berkshire, male mid-50's and would like to be able to meet other people with a learning disability. But there is a shortage of information, and would like to hear or receive what the group in Winchester is doing if so possible, can I make an arranged visit. Currently under a support service of CTPLD.
